Other industry experience includes the technology, media & telecoms (TMT) sector with industry2industry, Inc, Portum AG and CMG Plc, as well as in the energy sector.

As a seasoned professional, highlights include several CEO roles in FCA authorised investment firms, where he oversaw four company sales & divestments, and two acquisitions.

Donald P. Muth, Sr – Consulting Geologist

Donald P. Muth, Sr. is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist (No. 5712) with more than 35 years of upstream energy experience. A seasoned exploration and development geologist, Don has worked across multiple U.S. basins – including the Williston, Gulf Coast, East Texas, Powder River, and West Texas – and has held positions with Texaco, Denbury Resources, and Oakmont Minerals.

His expertise spans new play and prospect generation, mineral property evaluation, reserve estimation, and the promotion of participation interests. A member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Dallas Geological Society, Don holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans and a B.S. in Geology from Auburn University.

Casey Minshew – Group Strategic Advisor

Casey Minshew is an accomplished entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience spanning energy, real estate, start-ups, and structured finance. A fourth-generation oil and gas professional, Casey is perhaps best known as the co-founder of EnergyFunders, an online crowdfunding platform for oil and gas investments, which he sold to a public company in 2019.

He subsequently served as President of Energy at Resolute Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on energy, commercial real estate, and technology, where he led the firm’s oil and gas investment strategy. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas State University.
