Consolidated Energy Holdings (“CEH”) is a UK-headquartered energy and natural resource company that is uniquely placed to take advantage of the substantial growth of the US energy sector.

The company was established to take advantage of the many consolidation opportunities in this high-growth and often fragmented sector.

Numerous independent companies own and/or operate high-impact oil & gas assets. Often these operations are, when independently held, too small to justify a stock market listing.

Our aim is to consolidate smaller, producing & near-term producing, high-impact energy assets with a view to creating a formidable upstream Oil & Gas company.

Our company plans to pursue a listing via a strategic transaction on a Recognised Investment Exchange within the near-term.
