Our business is evaluating and negotiating potential stakes in a number of revenue-generating assets that hold the promise of value increase.

Operations

Our team is currently completing on the acquisition and investment in these assets:

• The acquisition and/or participation in several producing and near-producing wells in South Texas, subject to completion of due diligence and final agreements.
• 4 X Saltwater Disposal Wells, Loving County, TX – working interest ownership in 4 producing saltwater disposal wells in the Permian Basin.
• 1 x Saltwater Disposal Well, Brazos County, TX – working interest ownership in 1 saltwater disposal wells in Eagle Ford Shale.
• Bayou Long, Parishof St. Iberia and St. Martin, LA– Joint Development and working interest ownership in 2 x producing oil & gas wells in the Atchafalaya Basin.
• Hille Lease, Crawford County, IL – Joint Development and working interest ownership in waterflood operation in the Illinois Basin.
